Care Instructions

Foiling is a permanent process, however, there are ways it can be negatively affected. I strongly urge following care instructions, as I wish your beautiful mat a long happy life :)

 

To preserve the beauty of your mat:

• I highly recommend utilizing the tube that I include with your mat, this allows it to not have to be rolled as tightly as other narrower tubes (like the triangular ones) which can cause ripples. Roll mats "pretty" side facing out.

 

• Lay mats out flat when they're not going to be used for a couple days, instead of storing in their tubes. This drastically reduces the chance of the shiny foiling getting ripples. We do this with ours and mats we've been using for months now still look the same as the day I made them.

 

• Do not leave mats in a place susceptible to extreme temperatures, such as a car when it is very hot/cold.

 

• Spot clean gently with a soft damp cloth only. Do not use anything abrasive. 

 

• Tell it how pretty it is every day and it will love you back <3
