Refund policy

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

There is a limited 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Product listing photos and/or video are based on one of the respective item representing all quantities of it. Items are largely hands-on in their production, mats of the same design may have slight variations.

Only incorrect items qualify for a return. Please take care in considering purchases, as buyers-remorse orders can not be returned. If your order arrives with the incorrect item, please send return request by email, including order #, a photo of item received, and your contact information.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at kazmat.shop@gmail.com. Returns will need to be sent to the following address: P.O. Box 1108 Hannibal, MO 63401. Please note that this box is checked twice a week.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. Tubes are included with playmat orders only, and there are no returns/exchanges on these tubes as they are provided as a courtesy.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned. Custom items that have been personalized are ineligible for return, with the only exception being misspelling. It's important to double check the spelling submitted, as order will be fulfilled based on this, and is only considered misspelled if the personalization differs from what is provided by the customer.

Unfortunately, there are no returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
